An ambient jouney. - Randy Greif provides ambient, experimental, and noise backgrounds accentuated by portions of Alice in Wonderland. The Alice in Wonderland samples come from an old LP that Greif stumbled upon. There are times when this release is too sprawling, but there are other times when the music accentuates the drama of the original reading. This would be a wonderful purchase for a club dj because this material is fertile for mixing. When I was radio dj, I often used this release for (sometimes eerie) segways between two divergent tracks.

DRINK ME - I dont understand how this says the original release date is 2000, when the first time i heard this was as early as 1991..regardless each track has a timeless quality that stretches your imagination not unlike the original book. Experimental, yet cohesive and by using the storyline, keeps you sucked in. Definately worth the money if you like original music.. electronic, or otherwise! Jump down the rabbit hole!!
